That's something you should bring up with your local officials and not assume it applies to the vast majority of the United States.

You can take legal action against someone for something like that

Nah man. Any person that truly believes someone is different because of skin color is dumb. Any body trying to teach someone that they are inherently racist because they are white, are also racist.

Culture is the difference that needs to be acknowledged
