it comes down to what is the Gov role. A government technically has 2 jobs. 1- protect the people from external threats (border control) and punish evil doer according to the law which is backed by God Law(and constitution of induvial rights as human under God).

Speech that indicates or calls for action that is threatening is speech that should be regulated

I dont believe hate speech I just think certain people are wicked and dont care. A caring person would not wish harm on others. But a wicked person would.

the next thing is who are you talking too? is it just a 5 yr old wanting to have fun on the internet and stir up trouble because they are not raised by their parents but rather hollywood etc.

parents need to take and active role in their growing family
