@dbel that is what water marks and law suits are for

The dhs has these companies use printers that set these digital tags with little lasers that make small needle like marks on the ballots. These marks can then be scanned digitally

Each local area has its own unique tag

Maybe, I agree with the lawsuits cause there is some very shady stuff going on but old about the watermarks

This would prevent the printing of more ballots and the moving of ballots across county lines
