I do not know if it is true, but based on where you found it, I would be pretty confident in saying it is not.
Highly doubt it’s true, that’s why it’s on conspiracy theories, they’ve been threatening mass arrests for weeks with nothing to go off of, seems like bullshit considering most current Navy Seals would not dox themselves as it threatens them and their families on the international scene.
