and i'm not fat, btw, if anything i should eat a bit more but my weight is pretty healthy for my size but i'm so small that to me it's noticable when i start gaining too much weight

i mean if i ate enough i'm sure my ass and legs and arm flaps would get bigger but i always notice the weight in the belly first

In my unprofessional opinion, I think it depends on how much weight we are talking about. For my girlfriend's case, she was a bit on the thinner side of healthy before lockdown, and now on the heavier end of healthy. But I have a friend who is already quite overweight and all of her weight immediately goes to her boobs and nowhere else. To the point of I can tell when she is putting on weight or losing it because she is at the shops again getting refitted
