I've been trying to find out who did the shooting and stuff, and I can't find who these people are, there seems to be multiple armed groups there

soft rounds are low powered but still hurt like hell...but it hit open meat, so it's going to go thru a chunk

and that chunk was point blank

I've heard that people were smashing cars possibly, then one guy tried to take the guy's gun, and was shot

I've heard nothing else about it though

So not sure if it is true

I haven't seen any videos of the first shooting, only after it and the second one

The only one in the area at that time was too far away and not focusing on it so you couldn't see what caused it
