Lots of people saying the cops are working with the militias based off two videos where cops were friendly to armed people
Second video they reference seems to be out of context since it ends before the guy finishes speaking

was becuase they thought he was someone else

He seems to be the guy who shot the first guy
who was the first guy,
was that the one who was running away on the phone
The same guy did all the shooting in the ones I posted it looks like
