seems like the guy in the first shooting with the green shirt, black pants was the one hunted down by the group that got shot in the 2nd shooting by the guy in the green shirt and black pants
still looking for the closeup of the first shooting victim ..looks like the agitator asshole from the pre-shooting incident
So, Elijah Schaeffer had an interview (now on Twitter) with the alleged shooter. There are other videos on Twitter regarding the alleged shooter trying to turn himself in to police and getting tackled and shooting more.

tho the guy that tripped was the guy on the phone from 1st shooting incident

his back was to the area he tripped at when he got back up, hear some more shooting, then turned back around towards the shooting, he didn't raise his rifle again after getting up off the ground

from what i gathered
rioting was happening all over, stuff was being broken
well then people went after a car lot, and started breaking cars there, bustin windows and stuff
then one told guy with a gun to shoot him, approached him and threw something at him, guy with a gun shoots him, he falls down, people immediate freak out and someone tells him to get out, to leave,
he starts to leave, and people in a nearby crowd say its him and start chasing him, he runs, trips they say get his as*, then he shoots 3 more (the people in the video, one of which was the man missing part of his arm)
Conclusion from what is known right now, and the events leading up to the crowd chasing him, was him saying no im not gonna let you destroy the neighbor hood, and used his gun to make that clear, kills one, get a crowd after him, then he shoot 3, making it all in self defense
the only reason im doing this, is because i want to make sure on this, I had help from a friend scouring twitter to find all the videos clip them together to make sense and find out what happened, so, enjoy this info

well i sure as hell would not be walking in the open with a gun at the ready...i'd be darting between parked cars...using it as cover
they setup an armed line of defense of a biz...no cover
at least the protestors brought their own defense...well some of them anyway, the 'armed civilians' had guns...not much in terms of body armor, and no cover
a wooden shield isn't shit to bullets but it blocks line of sight
a crazed 1/2 naked man chasing an armed man is just self defense, regardless
