Like I guess the only good thing that came out of my school is that I am always having my opinions challenged which has basically conditioned me to be good at arguing

Usually arguing with these assholes is pretty easy bc they are so in an echo chamber and not used to having their opinions challenged like around 80% of them

And the one guy who sat in the middle was forced out of his job teaching sociology

is we all take the same information

and come to different conclusions

most of us use information to support our worldviews, rather than form / change them.

For me, if I want to be more knowledgeable on a subject I just research on my own

Like in our Social Studies class our teachers are trying to tell us America is such a racist and evil country and the kids eat that shit up
