Tbh, it boggles my mind how someone could be a socialist/communist and claim to be a "libertarian". Those two things do not make sense at all together, socialism is inherently flawed it is human nature to be greedy, and socialism therefore requires an authoritarian state regime to force the ideology on people. Doesn't make sense.

At least he’s against abolishing the police and supports the second amendment, but he really needs to look into things a bit more.

you know those Campus Reform videos where they attribute quotes from, lets say, Democrats as things Trump said? The liberal idiots say "oh how horrible and despicable those things he said are!" then they pull out the sources and or just reveal that Trump never said any of that, and it was actually these Democrats that said them? Maybe talking to him and red pilling him in a way like that would be a good idea. instead of bluntly going "theyre hypocrites because ___" you make him believe hes hearing exactly what he wants too, then pull the rug out from underneath him. if that makes sense. dont have to get argumentative or push him or anything. just give him the actual quotes, who they came from, and sources to prove who said them. you know? and make sure theyre not taken out of context so he cant try to invalidate them.
