We need an education system that rewards teachers for doing a good job teaching and punishes those who don’t.

We need an education system that actually prepares students,for the real world and not just preparing for a deadline then forgetting everything they learned after the deadline

Because teachers are paid pretty badly either way so why put in effort to teach well.^^^
