> @kriegor191 If you're not *directly* attacking a Black person because of their race alone, then it's **not** a hate crime to attack someone of the same race as you that supports a (violent) movement. And BLM does more harm than good, no matter what quote they put on their website. The leaders are just Marxists and only support the black people that believe they are victims. It's as flawed as a movement for Black people as PETA is for animal rights. They can say they care all they want, but if they do nothing helpful, then what's the point of seeing them as "good"?
@AnonRed So you _aren't_ associating the movement with a class of people. How would you think the prosecutor/plaintiff would address people who attacked the BLM activists? It doesn't necessarily require a person to say a pejorative about an individual for an assault to warrant a "hate" crime. This would allow the prosecution the ability to say that an afront against BLM _could_ be a hate crime. If your view is the one used however as the defense (assaulter), all the defense would need to convey is that the class of person (race) _is_ the requirement, not the position they hold about an individual. Thats an easy point to stand on. I like it.

Any concluding thoughts on the topic? Any possible flaws in your own logic that I might not be seeing. I recommend asking yourself, if the shoe was on the other foot, how would you defend or attack (in a manner of speaking of course) in court. Im not expecting a response on this, but it helps in the mental exercise.

Trying to find your own weaknesses is important because you can expect which rebuttal and mentally prepare a counter argument.

I feel we're on the tail end of this conversation.

you know, the more i look back at history, the more i start seein and realizing how much of the US military has been made up of Southerners since after the end of the Civil War and has started gettin me to thinkin, why is that? Why is it that since the Civil War that the military is made up of majority of Southerners? Does the North really value our tenacity and battle filled spirits? Or do they want to exploit it to fill their Imperialistic needs? Are we just tools to them to be discarded later after we are broken and rendered useless by the horrors of war? And when they started realizing that the South was starting to put up a stiff resistance to their "voluntary" recruitment campaigns where they made promises of valor and glory and started instituting the Draft? The population of the North has always been far greater than here in the South, so why doesnt the military have a majority of its serving members be from the North even when the Draft is activated? Or am i just thinking about this way to hard and just thinking silly thoughts? Or is this a clever method by the North to keep us down by sacrificing large swaths of our population to fullfill their needs?

2020-08-01 03:32:23 UTC

@Zilla How far south?

2020-08-01 04:18:08 UTC

Im down in Texas@Rogual95

2020-08-01 04:30:20 UTC

must be nice

2020-08-01 05:16:02 UTC

@Zilla I wouldn’t think about it too hard, however the lefts shame on the troops is growing larger and larger The north has a lot more cities, and usually people who live in areas in which they have to fend for themselves turn out a lot better than city goers.

Also most of the cities have been infiltrated by leftists, and I’m pretty sure you can imagine how they would turn out in boot camp.

And finally, the draft hasn’t been implemented ever since the Cold War ended (last time I checked, might of been a smaller draft or a large draft I don’t know about).

2020-08-01 05:26:23 UTC

@kriegor191 Hmmm, I can't think of any flaws in my argument besides the fact that maybe uhhhhh... I wouldn't know how a real judge would react to the situation because I am not knowledgeable on legal subjects <:dogekek:726878872607653918>

2020-08-01 05:48:49 UTC

That is ok. Most judges dont seem to be either

2020-08-01 22:45:22 UTC

think im seeing where my mental fog is comin in, talking about politics nonstop is draining

2020-08-01 22:51:29 UTC

Yeah, it can be. I have a liberal friend who believes in pretty much every lie about Trump in the books. Since we have a lot of common values I’m trying to get him to see the truth but I can never succeed.

2020-08-01 22:52:19 UTC

yeah it gets difficult sometimes

2020-08-01 22:57:55 UTC

Some are just so brainwashed that it's nearly impossible for them to see the truth.

2020-08-01 23:13:46 UTC

cognitive dissonance

2020-08-01 23:22:08 UTC

Does anyone think there will be civil unrest if Biden gets elected based on mail in votes while Trump wins the majority of polling place votes? Nothing worries me more than the democrats obsession with mail in voting.

2020-08-01 23:23:31 UTC

it may well come before that

2020-08-01 23:23:58 UTC

yes i think there will be a civil war if biden wins because he would've won through cheating

2020-08-01 23:25:11 UTC

but there are prophetic people who say that Trump has already won 2020

2020-08-01 23:25:14 UTC

I can't honestly believe anyone would vote for him, NOT because he is a democratic but because he is obviously mentally impaired. The fact that some will anyway based on only hating Trump is scary.

2020-08-01 23:25:35 UTC

if you believe in that stuff

2020-08-01 23:26:03 UTC

@Maggiemac311 Actually, that's what makes Biden a perfect president. He can take orders from special investors without feeling any remorse, guilt, or other hinderance.

2020-08-01 23:26:05 UTC

yeah he's not right mentally which means the people voting for him are also probably not right mentally

2020-08-01 23:27:18 UTC

I speak from a corrupted business perspective, of course

2020-08-01 23:27:27 UTC

I think Trump had it in the bag until the democrats started this ramroding legislature re mail in votes

2020-08-01 23:28:31 UTC

One of the few reasons he is beloved, besides speaking his mind and doing what he wants, is because Democrats attempt to do so much and force people to take the other side.

2020-08-01 23:29:00 UTC

It is an interesting case of, "Don't tell your enemy he's making a mistake."

2020-08-01 23:30:21 UTC

I never believed in a shadow government, until the democrats let Biden run for president. It makes no sense UNLESS he is just a hand puppet.

2020-08-01 23:33:49 UTC

Instead, go and exasperate the mistake
