He is a person who was accused of running a child sex ring for people in positions of power, such as celebrities, CEOs, politicians, etc. When he was arrested and put into jail he died. It was made to look like a suicide, however, the majority of people, as far as I know, believe that his death was due to what he knew and what he could testify about and incriminate.
