i pissed off someone on fb before i got rid of it talking about abortion and she said she was going to use my name to give a donation to an abortion clinic

i told her it's illegal for her to use my name, doesn't have permission to use it and if I find out she used it i'll take everything she owns via court. wonder if she called my bluff?
