LOL Insomnia on my part. I sort of just fall over whenever.

I've had sleeping issues, nothing really diagnosed, for a long time. I tend to be able to get into a pattern and then as soon as I get used to it my brain is like, "Now we're staying awake for 4 days straight to think about all the stupid things you still feel embarrassed about from 3rd grade."

It's the actual worst.

I normally sleep about four hours every 24, but my epilepsy causes that to be random.

You can lay in the dark for hours and it just never shuts up.

Ugh, I could not deal with epilepsy.

I sleep 3-4 hours a day. Then an occasional 12-14 hour nap. Mids for a career has messed up my rythm

I go for a few weeks getting at least 6 hours, then I'll have periods where I'm awake for days on end randomly. Then that goes on till I just crash for 24-48 hours.

Then the cycle starts again.

I did that a lot when I was younger.

It's infuriating. If I could time it and expect it it wouldn't be so bad.

I don't have steady enough hands for miniatures and scale modeling.

I switch off and on. I can't puzzle anymore because of my cats.

I have 6 cats. I love the turds so much.

They definitely make it difficult.

He is still people shy but he knows who feeds him

That's always such a nice feeling.

lol All of mine are indoor so I can't say anything.

I don't do outside animals.
