and those 2 are talking a 5% wealth tax or better. Also the wealth tax would start at $1m. Do you know how many American's have accumulated $1m of wealth? Almost 50% of them by the age of 50 have $1m of wealth and at 60 almost 75% of Americans have $1m of accumulated wealth.
