People expect criminals to shoot each other, regardless of race. You don't expect the law enforcement to shoot civilians

law enforcement can shoot civilians to defend themselves and others just like every other citizen

saw this one video where a man high on pcp or something was ontop of this other guy stabbing him in the neck and face over and over and the officer had to put the attacker down

i've never done pcp, i hear officers have to shoot some people a dozen times before finally eliminating the threat on pcp like they just keep getting back up and charging
