The cameras back then couldn't pick up his movement speed

So the footage was slowed down to prevent bad footage quality

If they filmed his real speed you wouldn't be able to see his movements

In the first few moments of the fight it seems bruce is only make 1 counter move

But if u examine closely he's making several

The problem is shutter speed and actual physical film
