i had this one job where i met alot of people from around the world and worked with them for a long time. it was very eye opening. i would imagine alot of russians could be patriotic but just like americans, not agree with their government on one or more things.

California is now trying to have masks be mandated when in public and if you don't you face a fine.

It isn't an official thing but some PDs are enforcing it
