Smokie saw and did react to it, even if he didn't say anything. Yes, Tyler does talk to the mods. If he (Smokie) really wanted to be a jerk, he would have already banned you and not thought twice. We've dealt with a LOT of people giving us a hard time, especially after asking them not to do something. Yes, everything is discussed in a mod chat, and yes, Tyler does read it, so he's aware of how things go in here.
