@roguezombie182 but think about it. Sear a good chunk of sirloin or something, keep it cool in the center. Rest and let cool off. Make homemade balsamic vinaigrette with some crushed garlic and stuff. Bed of arugula and spinach and other healthy shit. Top with thin steak. Good?
