So as Zed mentioned in one of his videos, after so many DWIs, I believe it is three, you get a special license plate that signals to everybody that you have a history of DWIs. They last for 10-15 years. My dad had them for a short bit, which meant cops could pull him over for driving late at night, just because the plates.
