You have to burn more calories than you consume daily to lose weight, even while resting or asleep. Doctors recommend relatively healthy people double their heart rate 30 minutes a day 4 days a week and not eat like a retard.
I ain't fat, I'm a weak a*shat
maybe you just didn't find the right combo to slim down? i tried all sorts of exercise programs and got nowhere until I found one that worked (224 ->114)
if you want me to help you Ace I can give you a peice of advice that is guaranteed to work for you. but if your not interested I wont bother?
i hear swimming is easier on the joints, idk how it does for hips though
The only thing good for me is to learn to quit and stop trying things thinking I could do them. I've failed at just about everything I've done and can't do anything right.
that didn't answer my question
self defeatism is always self fulfilling
and me and water dont work well to put it lightly
@Tracey Considering I never had that attitude when I used to try things and still failed anyway, I doubt that's the reason
You could visit a third world country for a few months. Or join the Peace Corps. That's guaranteed to slim you up. Or enlist in the Marines if your body isn't too far gone.
lol he said hes not fat
there you go, join the marines they'll toughen you up
I grant that I don't know you, but your claim seems statistically unlikely and you sound either depressed or fishing for attention. If you're depressed, I really hope you seek some help.
eh go with the army they let you pick your mos
chemex i was thinking that too tbh
air force
@Tracey I like to think of myself an honest person. So, the former in this case
i hear air force is more comfortable
no Ace is to masculine for the air force
To be honest, the military is my last resort if I can't do anything in the career I'm studying. It'd be a quick fate
@Tracey Don't worry, I deserve it for being the jerk I've been to everyone who's actually helped me through the years.
if you've been a jerk then you deserve to make it up to them and not suicide by military
That's why I ain't joined the Marines yet and am still pushing for my trade
there you go doing something right
you spell better than me and try to amend for your mistakes I'm confused on what you fail at constantly?
If I've learned one thing in my years of academia, it's that you learn to be a useless fool and to know your place
I'll surely wind up blowing my job and losing everything as per usual. I had 19 years to make a start and didn't even try at all for anything on my own.
Now I'm following my dad's job line with no intent of it being something I enjoy
And praying I don't lose it
well there's your problem right there! it's your education
i chose my field of work because it's damned hard to export to a foreign country, not because of any deep love of the profession
the paycheck pays for the things i do care about
I'm a nurse, for context
Are you one of those coffin dancing nurses? I saw a smoking hot one on the interwebs a couple months ago.
if society and academia have taught me it's that if your not perfect your a worthless failure. it's based on the marxists idea that humans are perfectable. you have to learn to accept that your human, humans make mistakes, and therefore you will make mistakes. and that is natural and ok @ACE
i'm one of those cranky ER nurses who scares interns
@Tracey your my favorite kind
Scrubs before skirts... don't like it, but I feel you.
When I've never done sports and never actually did anything besides work on book stuff to get a 4.0 gpa in almost all my years, I've surely failed at becoming ready for the basics.
