And we've outlawed it, so we make fantasies through movies of extreme violence

2020-07-06 04:45:36 UTC

uhhh, we have extreme violence already in our world. We hardly need movies.

2020-07-06 04:45:38 UTC

And we glorify them, we pay 15 bucks to see them on big screens

2020-07-06 04:45:46 UTC

2020-07-06 04:46:03 UTC

2020-07-06 04:46:24 UTC

basically the way i took it is people who are free will live compeltely differently lives, there will be extremely rich people and poor people etc stuff like that. families with 1 car and families with 10 cars

2020-07-06 04:46:30 UTC

All sports really. (except for golf lol)

2020-07-06 04:47:27 UTC

True

2020-07-06 04:47:38 UTC

I'd rspond, but he has me on block, so no point.

2020-07-06 04:47:44 UTC

The rich need the lower and middle class

2020-07-06 04:47:45 UTC

but like places that strive for equality end up everyone being equally poor

2020-07-06 04:47:53 UTC

and the middle class and the lower class need the upper

2020-07-06 04:48:18 UTC

yes

2020-07-06 04:48:55 UTC

Sorry I'm just thinking out loud @Deleted User. If I say something you already know, then just ignore it because I know you probably already know it.

2020-07-06 04:49:19 UTC

lol

2020-07-06 04:49:25 UTC

"Class Cooperation" Are you hinting at corporatism?

2020-07-06 04:49:33 UTC

i mean the rich give jobs to people so that they can have an income

2020-07-06 04:49:39 UTC

is the quote youre looking for "human beings are born with different capacities, if they are free, they are not equal. and if they are equal, they are not free."?

2020-07-06 04:49:39 UTC

that's giving in a way, right

2020-07-06 04:49:56 UTC

yesss that's the one

2020-07-06 04:50:05 UTC

who said that?

2020-07-06 04:50:07 UTC

Funny part of it is, you really can't be equal in the long term of things.

2020-07-06 04:50:17 UTC

it was peterson right, that's who i heard it from but he couldve been quoting someone else

2020-07-06 04:50:28 UTC

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

2020-07-06 04:50:34 UTC

Explain why corporatism is evil

2020-07-06 04:50:35 UTC

aleksandr solzhenitsyn. i found it on the jbp subreddit

2020-07-06 04:50:37 UTC

People couldn't handle equality even if they got it

2020-07-06 04:51:22 UTC

thanks ill have to take a note of that so i don't forget

2020-07-06 04:51:25 UTC

@Metzger I don't think corporatism in and of itself is evil, the problem are the people who run it, the people at the top.

2020-07-06 04:51:48 UTC

every body is always corrupt, and or gets that way once they get a taste of too much power

2020-07-06 04:51:55 UTC

Agreed

2020-07-06 04:52:33 UTC

Indeed it is not

2020-07-06 04:52:42 UTC

One of my former bosses was that way, he was a down to earth type of guy, always nice, respectful, then got promoted into the manager position and turned into a complete devil. Bossed people around, threatened people, basically made the job a whole lot harder than it needed to be *security work* he eventually got fired.
