I am in favor of legalizing fireworks over here.
Fireworks aren't legal in your state??
they opened up free rehab centers with medical professionals, free and high quality heroin, and clean needles. Social workers also helped drug addicts find new jobs.

Welfare perpetuates a cycle of relying on the government for your next meal. We've also spent over 23 trillion dollars on welfare since the 1960s. We should direct funds from welfare to drug rehab centers.
