You filet a chicken breast and beat it flat, then season with spices. Then core a jalapeno and stuff ex: cream cheese, shredded cheese, ground sausage. Then wrap stuff jalapeno in chicken breast. Wrap 3-4 slices of bacon around breast. Place on grill with charcoals on one end and eggs on the other. Close up the lid and let grill for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. When Eggs reach about 160-170 degrees internal temp, paint with barbeque sauce. Wait 10 minutes. Take off and pair with Baked Potato and Broccoli. Excellent meal.
