discord will notice that the ip addresses are different if you try to log into someones account

you would need your own website to trick them into creating an account

so when they enter their email and password, it's probably going to be the same password they use for everything else

A sudo random generated password (true random is basically impossible) of sufficient length and complexity using symbols, numbers, and letters, is sufficiently secure for most things. Adding multi factor makes it nearly impossible without a well funded and targeted attack.
