My home city butchered the August absentee so badly I applied for my ballot back in May and only received it a little over a week before the election. My brother who is also in college didn't even receive his till after the August election. just because absentee has been done for years, doesn't mean they can run it efficiently when significantly more people use absentee this year than any other time.
