I have a buddy who when he was 8 years old was brought across the USA boarder in 2006, well since he wasn't 18 when DACA was enacted he now has to pay around $2,000 a year just to stay in the country and also has NO PATH to citizenship. Also DACA was signed in 2012 or 2013 and is the reason the cages exist
