Well you are.

2020-10-28 15:09:07 UTC

elections, by nature, are going to result in the spoiler effect

2020-10-28 15:09:12 UTC

even if there are only two candidates

2020-10-28 15:09:37 UTC

Depending on who you're asking or convincing who you're voting for that is what you are doing.

2020-10-28 15:09:46 UTC

?

2020-10-28 15:10:02 UTC

Personally, if someone wants to vote for someone other than Trump, I'm cool with it. That's their decision to make, not mine. If someone honestly believes Jorgenson is the best candidate, I'm not going to be mad because they're not voting for my preferred candidate.

2020-10-28 15:10:09 UTC

Plus its literally almost less then ten days from election no one is going to change their mind lol.

2020-10-28 15:10:18 UTC

idc

2020-10-28 15:10:26 UTC

I’d be a little upset 😅

2020-10-28 15:10:41 UTC

I support the candidate who I believe has the best policies.

2020-10-28 15:10:41 UTC

I'd be a little upset.

2020-10-28 15:10:49 UTC

Not the one who's most likely to win.

2020-10-28 15:11:05 UTC

I agree with mikeflarkin no need to get angry at someone just because they have a different opinion than you do

2020-10-28 15:11:08 UTC

Who has the best policy then?

2020-10-28 15:11:12 UTC

Jorgenson.

2020-10-28 15:11:12 UTC

Yeah but at this point your vote is most likely just being thrown out.

2020-10-28 15:11:17 UTC

lol what

2020-10-28 15:11:48 UTC

Yeah probably

2020-10-28 15:12:00 UTC

question: how do voting at the polling place work?

2020-10-28 15:12:02 UTC

Like Jo is pro choice thats a no for me.

2020-10-28 15:12:29 UTC

No, she wants to leave it up to the individual states.

2020-10-28 15:12:44 UTC

She's a libertarian. That's literally just what libertarians do.

2020-10-28 15:12:45 UTC

@ClaudeBlanche how do you mean?

2020-10-28 15:12:45 UTC

Which is more pro choice then anything.

2020-10-28 15:12:49 UTC

uh what

2020-10-28 15:13:03 UTC

>leave it up to the states
>more pro choice than anything

2020-10-28 15:13:25 UTC

My wife and I voted earlier, we walked in, showed ID, got the ballot, colored in the box next to who we wanted to vote for, and then put it into basically a fancy scanner.

2020-10-28 15:13:35 UTC

I would leave it up to the state's

2020-10-28 15:13:45 UTC

abortion is not in the constitution

2020-10-28 15:13:46 UTC

Well thats the thing that shows that she is willing to keep abortion legal.

2020-10-28 15:13:49 UTC

it should not be a federal issue

2020-10-28 15:13:53 UTC

like, does only one person can go in?@mikeflarkin when do they ask for the ID and can a family come in together (just to certain point)?

2020-10-28 15:13:58 UTC

However it is the taking of a life.

2020-10-28 15:14:06 UTC

Yes

2020-10-28 15:14:10 UTC

> Well thats the thing that shows that she is willing to keep abortion legal.
@Superboy prime
She is willing to let the individual states choose.

what part of libertarianism do you not understand?

2020-10-28 15:14:19 UTC

She isn't an authoritarian or a statist. She is a libertarian.

2020-10-28 15:14:33 UTC

@ClaudeBlanche when we were waiting, we were together, but when we were voting, it was all separate and private. Has to be, to make sure nobody is basically meddling with your vote.

2020-10-28 15:14:42 UTC

Yeah but that is still prochoice or a coin toss I should say. @米饭和面条

2020-10-28 15:14:44 UTC

hm, ok

2020-10-28 15:14:49 UTC

what the fuck

2020-10-28 15:15:00 UTC

no it isn't lmao
