The roads in my area could use that. Madison and Tipton county roads are the worst.

Gonna need to find honest workers then, the general rule is "if you get a government contract, use all of your budget, even if it's on BS"

The thinking is, if you finish a job and there's money left in the budget, next time around you won't get as much money and might end up screwing yourself.
