Didn't the autopsy say that the real cause of his death is the heart attack?

he died of drugs cousing heart attack

at that point u need to basically chain him down

look at the videos where he walks, things get pretty clear

because kneeling on a person's neck apparently elevated his current condition and he couldn't get help either
