@onoderaSecurity I wouldn't. Lasers are neat, but the powerful ones can instantly blind you if you ever make the slightest mistake.

you shouldnt be stupid enough not to point it in your eyes

@onoderaSecurity Yeah no shit you don't shine it in your eyes. But I'm not talking about actively trying to blind yourself, I'm talking the tiniest reflection coming around the edge of your goggles(because you DID drop big money on safety equipment, right?) might be enough to do damage before your blink reflex kicks in, and you might not even notice that there are reflections, because a lot of cheap lasers don't filter out infrared, which isn't visible to the naked eye, and isn't filtered out by the safety equipment you bought that's tuned to the color of your laser.

Exactly. Spend half that amount and get two or three neat colors instead.

Laser, it needs to have a two-stage thing to start it, like a key and a button. And I think there's something about filtering IR.
