an unnamed (for obvious reasons) law enforcement agent said
Kyle will be acquitted on all charges, and that in fact the guy who ended up getting his arm shot off will be charged with the murder of Rosenbaum (the pedophile)
the reason is, forensics determined that it was infact a 9mm that killed Rosenbaum not a 5.56 (kyle's rifle)
the police were able to verify the murder weapon due to Kyle shooting the actual killer
