That's standard for Australian private school you _have_ to be fit to get into mine, they don't let obease people in
things that will stop obesity: stop making fucking 2000kcal meals covered in butter and sugar to begin with so people don't have to take classes and read labels to avoid getting fat
Yeah that's a real problem, did you see what I ate last night
I ate 1 packet of ramen and some pasta with sauce, the pasta wanted me to add 2 tbs of butter to it which would of made it 1000kcal
that's the core of the us obesity problem, everything is super calorie dense because we turn our insane food surplus into sugar syrup then add it to everything that coems in a box bottle or can
I average 1800kcal burn daily and my average intake is 1000kcal
we could send our surplus grain to africa and south asia and help millions on millions not starve, _AND_ be healthier for it, _AND_ create tens of thousands of new jobs to do it
but we just.... don't

It isn't ideal or the best but for a 15yo male with a broken neck and shoulder it's fine
we'd rather make glucose-fructose syrup and inject it into our cheese, our bread, our canned vegatable
4000kcal intake daily here, step up your game
i aim for 1200 so that when i fail i still average out to 1600-1800kcal/day :^)
I have a broken shoulder that is pinned and I'm missing 2 vertebrae lol I can only do cycling and running as excercise
i really ought to eat more since my job is actually kinda demanding, but i have enough fat left to lose that i can get away with eating under 2500 for a while
*not exactly missing just they are missing massive chunks outa them
and i gotta get used to eating less for when i get my tiddy skittles anyway

I am totally flat everywhere and I do lifting, cardio and running every day and I'm starting to gain more muscle mas
1800 is hard to believe then
i kinda love how physical job + extreme defecit is working out for me
This year I went from a bmi of 16 to 17.5
i've dropped 8 inches of waist over the last ~2 years but my thighs have only dropped 2 inches
not even on the estrogen yet and i somewhat have hips it's great
