Im sorry...but as a chunky gal,women and men need some meat on their bones to look healthy. That includes actual meat in their diet. Lol. Im proud of bein thick. 🤷 at least i know i wont starve to death if i need to go without food for a bit. Lmao

@Simpnautica who says i dont exercise? Lol. I have 3 kids. I run around constantly. Trust me when i tell you i get exercise.

i love running, not much into strength exercise but i love me some cardio

should get into it boosts yourself up in every aspect

Ive been doing crunches a lot lately to try and get rid of the baby belly fat thats hung on for a bit... But hurt my back the other day...so i fell behind.
Its very frustrating when that ish happens.

That is LITERALLY my life in a nutshell too.😂

That mess is basically the whole reason my house is STILL a hot mess even if i JUST cleaned it. Lol. I literally dont even stop cleaning when company comes over. 🤷 im o.c.d. and these folks drive me nuts!😂
