there hasn't been a school shooting in quite some time, the narrative changed dramatically.
i told my friend a while ago that i was going to get a gun and he wasn't happy. apparently because one our friends was high off his ass on meth, walked into the hood and started some shit then got shot and killed that means guns are bad. or something.

@Simpnautica who says i dont exercise? Lol. I have 3 kids. I run around constantly. Trust me when i tell you i get exercise.
I also agree that that is part of a healthy diet.
i love running, not much into strength exercise but i love me some cardio
should get into it boosts yourself up in every aspect

Ive been doing crunches a lot lately to try and get rid of the baby belly fat thats hung on for a bit... But hurt my back the other day...so i fell behind.
Its very frustrating when that ish happens.
