im gonna move to a permanent house next time so then ill have a bigger desk
If you're relatively handy; build a bigger desk with rack mount for legs on one side

That said, you could build a wee shelf for your monitor and put the dealie underneath, which would effectively be the same thing as @Tribit suggested.
Problem being that the monitor would get raised significantly.
Raising monitors to eye hight is ideal
@Tribit The top of the monitor, yes. And normally they don't need to be raised 15cm to achieve that. 😄
