Joe Biden is a dumb retarded old man. If one really cares about America they would lower taxes even for rich people. Rich people are more likely to start a business or invest in a business than poor people. Put tariffs on imports. Enough to let local factories be able to compete in our home market against foreign companies. With that it would be cheaper for companies to manufacture here in the states than it would be elsewhere. Creating more jobs that would also bring in more tax revenue for the government
