again, i am speaking from second hand experience. my family is a very diverse group of people, with many of them coming from many different places in russia and many different backgrounds. some of them even minorities. but for some reason they all told me the same thing, and could corroborate each other, in the sense that the government didnt terrorize them, and all of them had the same opportunity
