Even so, studies show there is only a small difference in income. Meaning there is hardly any discrimination on gender for income.

from job to job the pay is different but from same job to same experience it is the same pay with maybe a $0.02 or 2% difference per dollar.

There was a little amendment to the Constitution, making it illegal to pay women less. If they work the same job for the same hours, at the same level, the pay is the same, or you can sue their asses out of existence.
