When I was drunk, I tended to be an ass. When I'm stoned, you might need to give me a minute to read a restaurant menu and I'll probably say something silly, but I'm not gonna yell at anyone.

High people tend to come in and get a table and then proceed to devour the entire kitchen

I mean, there was a time In the 1930s when the alchohol prohibition act was passed which made the selling of alchohol illegal.

I get giggly kind of high. Like, laughing at things that aren’t even funny.

When stoned, I also tend to not go to someplace that's closing in an hour or less because I'm paranoid about inconveniencing the workers lol

The only positive encounter i had was when I was living on a reservation. This drunk guy came stumbling out of the bushes and asked me if I had any money. I said, "No!"; he then asked, "Do you want some?": I laughed and said no. But it made my day.

Probably more drunks because people are losing their lives because they can't work.

Also AA meetings aren't allowed.

Just take a bottle of white wine pour it into a cup make sure its 50% of the cup take some sprite and pour it in the rest of the cup

And drink

Then make small progress by adding bit more wine
