Take amazon for example. Wife works there and they have a black employees network that helps blacks. According to her math, 80% of the people where she is in indianapolis are black. Like 13% asian and the rest are latino or white or other.
but they have meetings(she's a manager) about needing equality for blacks there.

And apparently when she got promoted two months ago they didn't refill her PTO so she's a bit upset
