Take amazon for example. Wife works there and they have a black employees network that helps blacks. According to her math, 80% of the people where she is in indianapolis are black. Like 13% asian and the rest are latino or white or other.
but they have meetings(she's a manager) about needing equality for blacks there.

She spoke up about why that's needed, cuz she doesn't give a crap what people think, and she was told by an AM(she's a PA) that she could lose her job for that. And she's like "all I asked was why it was needed."

Tho her site may be getting sued soon. They told one of her workers who wanted to get accomodations that maybe he shouldn't work there if his autism couldn't handle it...after telling her off for trying to get him to a quieter part of the building.
