Yeah, I don't sleep with either, although I've tried the light filtering over my eyes before.

my friends have asthma and they are even saying breathing though it is a walk in the park.

I actually do have a breathing issue. Any kind of mask that covers my nose and mouth makes me hyperventilate within about five minutes.

So maybe a worse breathing problem?

I don't mind wearing a mask into a store. But I can feel the difference in breathing after wearing one for 8hour shift
