That isn't fair to guys like Crenshaw and Cornyn. I think every term each State should review their Politicians salaries, and they should receive their approval rating x2 in percentage of the standard salery. A politician that does well gets more, ones with low approval get less. The difference goes to Schools, Police, Emergency Services, First Responders, etc.
