When ever you take a vaccine they always give you a strand of the virus and you get sick with it right?

2020-12-01 15:55:24 UTC

Most of the time

2020-12-01 15:55:32 UTC

Yep

2020-12-01 15:55:38 UTC

Lots of the time, yes, including the flu vaccine

2020-12-01 15:55:39 UTC

My wife got the flu shot and got sick right afterwards

2020-12-01 15:55:39 UTC

And still after that you can still get sick with the virus

2020-12-01 15:55:42 UTC

A virgin version of the virus

2020-12-01 15:55:49 UTC

They give you a small dose or smth and you cells can learn to fight it

2020-12-01 15:55:54 UTC

You aren't supposed to actually get sick, it's supposed to be a low enough dose that your body is able to fight it off without you actually feeling it. It does happen sometimes though.

2020-12-01 15:55:59 UTC

I typically only take a shot once and that’s after if it’s new it’s been out for a few years

2020-12-01 15:56:00 UTC

These are actually some big statistics, but no one cared about it

u must have the weakest immune system then because u should not get the the flu from dead or small bits of the flu

2020-12-01 15:56:32 UTC

People that are smaller typically or weak immune systems get sick easier

2020-12-01 15:56:34 UTC

Some people do get sick from it.

2020-12-01 15:56:36 UTC

Crowder, you know that there are 2 main strains of the flu

2020-12-01 15:56:40 UTC

Seems like every year there's something new

2020-12-01 15:56:43 UTC

At the time I was a young age and my body was still developing

2020-12-01 15:56:48 UTC

Avian bird flu swine flu

2020-12-01 15:56:53 UTC

Ebola outbreak

2020-12-01 15:57:01 UTC

They try to guess which flu is going to be prevalant, be then everyone gets the vaccine for the wrong flu virus

2020-12-01 15:57:01 UTC

But now at this point current vaccines don nothing because viruses always mutate

2020-12-01 15:57:05 UTC

H1N1

2020-12-01 15:57:12 UTC

It’s actually common because the disease is in the vaccine, I know lots of people who have gotten it just as bad from the so called vaccine as they have the actual disease or virus

2020-12-01 15:57:12 UTC

Some kind of disease that was killing cows oh yeah mad cow disease der

2020-12-01 15:57:21 UTC

It's like every few years it some more crap piled on top of crap

2020-12-01 15:57:27 UTC

I got the swine flu and I felt like I was gonna die, and I’m super healthy, and I was young when I got it, I got covid and it hardly felt like anything more than a cold

2020-12-01 15:57:49 UTC

Then they get sick with the flu, because their immune system was already fighting a weaker strain of a different flu virus

2020-12-01 15:57:52 UTC

@tntkoren that's what i'm saying. People freak out about having covid if someone coughs near them once. I work at a chick-fil-a (I'm a manager) and I choked on some spit and coughed a little and the lady at the drive thru window started flipping her shit

2020-12-01 15:58:04 UTC

LOL

2020-12-01 15:58:11 UTC

*you already said that wright*

2020-12-01 15:58:18 UTC

I knowwww i'm sowwy

2020-12-01 15:58:19 UTC

I haven’t heard it

2020-12-01 15:58:30 UTC

Then again I don’t trust liberals as well I work with conservatives that I can trust rn because guess what I am centrist I see both sides but ever since seeing the real Malcolm X I have sorta been leaning more conservative atm

2020-12-01 15:58:34 UTC

I didn't think anyone saw it

2020-12-01 15:58:43 UTC

*I did*

2020-12-01 15:58:51 UTC

I’ve probably had covid by now at least twice and don’t even know it. Ehhh oh well

2020-12-01 15:58:51 UTC

**_clearly** lol

2020-12-01 15:59:10 UTC

I mean at my job I interact with easily 2.5k people every shift

2020-12-01 15:59:10 UTC

so

2020-12-01 15:59:13 UTC

my chances are high

2020-12-01 15:59:18 UTC

If I wasn't getting tested for Covid, I never would have thought that I had it
