When ever you take a vaccine they always give you a strand of the virus and you get sick with it right?

Lots of the time, yes, including the flu vaccine

My wife got the flu shot and got sick right afterwards

And still after that you can still get sick with the virus

A virgin version of the virus

They give you a small dose or smth and you cells can learn to fight it

You aren't supposed to actually get sick, it's supposed to be a low enough dose that your body is able to fight it off without you actually feeling it. It does happen sometimes though.

I typically only take a shot once and that’s after if it’s new it’s been out for a few years

u must have the weakest immune system then because u should not get the the flu from dead or small bits of the flu

People that are smaller typically or weak immune systems get sick easier

Some people do get sick from it.

Ebola outbreak

They try to guess which flu is going to be prevalant, be then everyone gets the vaccine for the wrong flu virus

But now at this point current vaccines don nothing because viruses always mutate

It’s actually common because the disease is in the vaccine, I know lots of people who have gotten it just as bad from the so called vaccine as they have the actual disease or virus

I got the swine flu and I felt like I was gonna die, and I’m super healthy, and I was young when I got it, I got covid and it hardly felt like anything more than a cold

Then they get sick with the flu, because their immune system was already fighting a weaker strain of a different flu virus

@tntkoren that's what i'm saying. People freak out about having covid if someone coughs near them once. I work at a chick-fil-a (I'm a manager) and I choked on some spit and coughed a little and the lady at the drive thru window started flipping her shit

If I wasn't getting tested for Covid, I never would have thought that I had it
