I have plenty of real friends. I want to meet people online, maybe do some language exchange and learn about new cultures. That's why around here is not really the answer.

you can do shit ton of usefull stuff for your corporation (guild) with free account

but paid account unlocks just extra ships and such

@spaqin have tried those, didn't quite like it. CSGO was better tbh in my opinion.

I played FF12 during february last year, there was a quest where you had to go up to a "girl" and do a quest together to get a date band, was p awkward but fun

they have a lot of forced interaction quests which make you talk to others

Internet friends just dont tend to last
