heres the thing, if it came from someone who truly got into the game, then there would be no problem, but thats not what the reviewer did, she lied about playing for 50 hours and talked as if she had no idea about how the game worked. and now her white knights are going on that TheQuartering is bullying a woman or something like that

In my opinion, if you're a games journalist, and you play on easy mode, you shouldn't review the game. Game journalists should be really, really good at video games, since playing them is an integral part of their job.

better yet, have the game review articles done by people who not only play the game, but are actually good at it

That's kind of what I'm saying. If you actually regularly invest dozens of hours into games that you review, you should be at least decent at the game. It's actually hard in my opinion to do something for that long and still suck at it.

The reviews are terrible in general to begin with. I can't even count how many times I saw a review talking about how good a game was before I took it home to try it out and found it was a buggy mess.
