I'm dead serious when I tell you I've never, ever in my life have seen homophobia. Keep in mind I come from South America, a continent known because of how conservative it is.
Isn't firing someone because of their sexuality/race etc illegal? Even in my highschool it's in the rights that all members must receive their education regardless of sexuality, race, nationality, etc.
Workplace discrimination is already banned through the Civil Rights Act of 19XX (don't recall the year) The Supreme Court just confirmed that it extends to those groups. 2nd, adopting children is not a right and is not in the same category as workplace discrimination.
